Aria is designed around the texture of the fabric. The light ivory jacquard has a raised floral pattern woven into the surface, giving the gown depth and detail before any lace, beading or added decoration is needed. The fabric has a silk-like look, but with an unusually airy handle, so the skirt can hold volume while still moving lightly.
The bodice is fitted and lightly boned, with soft draping worked around the body. At the front, the drape falls into a loose scooped cowl neckline. At the back, the same draped fabric resolves into a simple V-neckline, keeping the shape defined from every angle.

Try This Jacquard Wedding Dress In Auckland
Aria is available to try by appointment in Anna Schimmel’s Point Chevalier bridal studio. During the consultation, you can see how the light floral jacquard sits on the body, how the gathered A-line skirt moves, and how the draped bodice works from the front and back. The design can be made close to the sample, or developed further through the neckline, back, sleeve shape or skirt volume. The aim is not to change the character of the gown, but to refine the proportions, fit and details around the bride who will wear it.
